From a young age, my grandmother and mother cultivated a beautiful vegetable garden, nurturing plants, flowers, and trees. This humble beginning sowed the seeds of a unique business idea: selling the plants they grew. Armed with an economics degree and a second bachelor's in Ergonomics, I embarked on a journey to transform this dream into a reality, graduating from the Agricultural University in 2013.
The early days of our company saw just two founders, with my grandmother and mother playing pivotal roles. Those who've been with us from the start may recall our company as Dream Green Service. Recognizing the significance of a name's endurance in business, we rebranded ourselves as "Oim" the Green Workshop. Today, we proudly operate with four branches, two greenhouses, a workshop, and a dedicated team of 25 employees.
To uphold ISO quality standards, we've diligently built a team of professionals, including human resource managers and expert accountants. Our plants are nurtured by skilled agronomists and forestry engineers specializing in tree breeding, while our sales consultants, known for their excellent communication skills, serve customers at our branches.

Our mission is to promote the essentiality of integrating plants into our indoor spaces, workplaces, and homes. Collaborating with my professional peers, we founded the Green Hero community to raise awareness about the importance of green and eco-friendly practices.
We envision a future where offices turn green, paving the way for green buildings, green cities, and green countries. Green isn't just about having lush gardens; it extends to practices like outdoor bicycle parking, harnessing natural light, conserving energy, and efficient waste sorting.
Our aspirations also encompass addressing the contamination of our drinking water caused by pit latrines near riverbanks.
