What types of messages can be sent?

You can send mass, instant messages, one-time confirmation messages, and automated messages.

What is the number of characters in a message?

Note that your message will be 70 characters in Cyrillic and 160 characters in Latin, and if you exceed the character limit, your message will be split.

How are message rates and charges calculated?

The rate for 1 message is 16.5₮ (VAT included) and is charged based on the number of messages sent in that month in addition to the basic monthly service fee.

Can users set the organization name to appear when they receive messages?

Messages are sent by number only, so we recommend that you include your contact number at the end of the message.

Make a list of numbers?

The number pool of the recipient of the message is issued by the organization using the CallPro Text service.

How to get admin access?

You can send and receive a request for admin access to the email address info@callpro.mn from the registered email address.

What should I do to start the service?

You only need to contact the sales managers responsible for our organization and sign the contract once.

Can I see a report of sent messages?

You can access the text.callpro.mn website with admin rights and create a detailed message report from the report menu.

Is it possible to receive reply message?

You can optionally open one-way, or send only, or two-way, or send and receive settings.
